采用石墨材料制作热场隔热部件。标准的石墨保温材料由板状或者多层毯状石墨化碳纤维材料组成,在靠近热场中心的内表面往往需要加覆一层石墨纸或碳碳复合材料薄板用来提高热反射率和防止高压气流的冲刷。由于石墨材料本身所具有的多孔性和可渗透性,各层隔热材料之间不需要预留额外的空间。石墨材料具有优良的隔热性能,成本通常较金属屏低,而且非常易于使用。就制造成本,耐用性和可维护性而言,石墨隔热软毡较石墨隔热硬毡具有一定的优势。

石墨配件使用寿命到期后,对逾期使用有可能造成重大损失的石墨配件(石墨托盘、坩埚杆、石墨坩埚)等部件先拆下来进行更换新品,更换下来的石墨配件进行封存,单晶车间、技术处和生产处会审后再进行处理,其他配件如加热器、保温筒、导流筒等要仔细检查,看有无微小裂纹和缺陷,原则上这些石墨配件如无上述缺陷可以继续使用。对于出现闷炉的石墨热场(石墨模具)配件要做好详细记录。
